Facade building materials from wego vti contribute to the success of the project
In Brühl, a good hour and a half’s drive from our Dortmund location, the “Brühler Freiheit” construction project is taking shape in the Brühl-Badorf district. While Brühl is known as the birthplace of the artist Max Ernst, for our sales duo Orkan Özdemir and Mehmet Basar, the city near the Rhine was primarily one thing: the opportunity to realize a major project in the field of insulation materials. On behalf of Kochan Bau GmbH from Lünen, wego vti contributed to the success of the project by supplying facade building materials.
wego vti has been supplying the customer Kochan Bau GmbH for three years. They particularly value the high-quality work, expert advice, reliability, and flexible service provided by the Dortmund sales duo Özdemir and Basar.
Key project facts
In the “Brühler Freiheit” residential quarter, over 16,000 square meters of fire protection facade are being installed across 75 properties—that is almost three full football fields. The buildings are divided into 16 detached single-family homes, 44 semi-detached houses, and 15 terraced houses. Mineral wool from Saint Gobain Weber and EPS insulation are used to insulate the new homes. Both high-quality products have long been part of the wego vti range. In addition, 160 tons of adhesive and reinforcement mortar, as well as 80,000 anchors, were used.
