Wego/Vti supplied 185,000 m² of gypsum plasterboards via customer EDO Trockenbau GmbH
Through its long-standing customer EDO Trockenbau GmbH, Wego/Vti supplied more than 185,000 m² of gypsum plasterboards for the Grand Tower between January 2018 and March 2020. To put this into perspective: this quantity would be enough to fit out 925 single-family homes, or, stacked, to build a tower 1,105 metres high. The gypsum plasterboards were installed in walls, ceilings and shaft walls. EDO Trockenbau has been part of Wego/Vti’s customer portfolio since 2004 and is a specialist in dry interior fit-out. The company is supported by a tandem team from inside sales and field sales at Wego’s Frankfurt branch. Together, they can look back on a successful collaboration across numerous projects.
Site manager praises Wego/Vti service
The team from Wego’s Frankfurt branch worked on the Grand Tower project for two years. Site manager Horst Rheinwald of EDO Trockenbau deliberately chose Wego/Vti for this major project: “From the very beginning, I was certain that Wego/Vti was the right partner for this large-scale construction project,” emphasises Horst Rheinwald, site manager at EDO Trockenbau. “We have handled many orders together in the past, and there have never been any problems.
